Our company offers reliable export services to Egypt, China, UK & Australia among others; covering wide range of Timber, based on Quantity, Grades (U/S Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade & 7th Grade) and wood types; Redwood (Pine) & Whitewood (Spruce). Seraphi Timber AB took advantage of its close working relationship with the various and reputable sawmills located in different regions in Sweden to better serve its Clients and offering cost effective and quality woods.

Facts | Swedish Timber

The forest industry is one of Sweden’s most important business sectors. It provides employment throughout the country. Thanks to its natural raw materials and products, it has a key role in the development towards a sustainable, bio-based society.

The forest industry accounts for 9 – 12% of the employment, exports, turnover and added value in Swedish industry. This is strongly export-oriented. Swedish timber is known to be one of the finest Timber in the world, the longest fiber, strong conifer species and takes higher ranking among other timber in the wood export statistics.

Sweden is ranked as one of the top 10 exporters in the world with an export volume of nearly 13 million CBM/year from a total production volume of approx. 18 million CBM. The majority of such exports goes to European markets, the main export markets outside Europe are Egypt, China, Japan & Algeria. (Check graph).
